Our company’s DURPIPE are manufactured using
advanced production technology—Self-propagating
High-temperature Synthesis (SHS) method.
These pipes have excellent wear resistance,

DurZTA® ceramic liners
Using own patented manufacturing technology to produce toughened ceramics (WTCM-3) materials for ZTA ceramics (zirconia toughened alumina), the product greatly increased the toughness of alumina ceramics and changed the inherent brittleness of the material, at the same time reduce the production costs.
The DurZTA® liner adopts an advanced thermal vulcanization process to vulcanize the ZTA blocks in the steel groove with polyurethane rubber. Bolts are welded to the steel plate which makes installation and disassembly so convenient.
DurSteel® Wear Plate (Standard)
Bulk weld high chromium alloy to low carbon steel or low alloy steel base, form the double-layer metallurgy combine plate.
The product has high strength, high hardness (65≥HRC≥58), excellent wear-resistant performance and is weldable.
DurSteel® Wear Plate (Flawless)
Premium quality fused alloy steel wear plate using technology by stirring the high heat radiation material (Cr-Ti-C-Fe) powder evenly and place on the surface of steel base, with submerged arc welding or Ion spray welding methods to make the alloy powder, solder wire and base material surface metallurgy combined and obtained the wear-resistant coating layer. wear-resistant layer thickness can be produced according to customer requirements.
The product has flawless surface, high hardness (HRC≥58), excellent wear resistance capacity, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, weldable, rollable, impact resistant.
